SQL Examiner Suite 2023.3 release notes

After the major release of SQL Examiner Suite 2023 we've added several feature updates. All interim features are available free of charge to users who already own the 2023 version.
The primary SQL Examiner Suite 2023 Release Notes contain all features planned for version 2023. Here we list features implemented in 2023.3. The rest are available in the articles:
Version 2023.3 includes SQL Examiner and SQL Data Examiner with version numbers 9.3.x.x.
