Are there any shipping fees?

No. Our products are delivered electronically, so you don’t have to pay any shipping fee.
Q:
What exactly will I receive with my order?
A:
After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a download link and a password for the product you ordered.
Q:
I paid with a credit card, how soon will I get the software?
A:
We send the download instructions as soon as we verify purchase, normally within one hour. However, in some cases it may take up to 24 hours, as all orders are processed manually (to reduce the risk of fraud).
